Cost of Treatment
Dr. Dvoskin is NOT CONTRACTED with insurance. This means that if you need to use your insurance for therapy, Dr. Dvoskin is not the right fit. We recommend that if you want to use your insurance, contact them for a list of contracted providers.
If you would like to use your OUT OF NETWORK benefits, please let Dr. Dvoskin know and once per month, if you are paid in full, she can give you a superbill to submit to insurance (always verify with insurance if they will reimburse you for out of network treatment).
Intake appointments are $250 and followup appointments are $200. These rates are the same for Arizona and Mississippi.
